- Hands-On Learning: Apply the Playbook to Discover, Prioritize, and Build Your GenAI Project.
Topic 1
Team projects will continue to craft their solutions, guided by the “GenAI Lifecycle Playbook”.
In this session, teams will…
- Design the GenAI solution: specifying technical, operational, and organisational features.
- Develop the GenAI solution: using an agile prototype-test process.
Topic 2
Many enterprise-grade GenAI solutions will sit within a wider process automation initiative.
This session will focus on:
- Process Automation Framework: giving teams a hands-on taste of digital process automation tools* and techniques.
*Depending on client preferences, reviewed technology may include Microsoft Power Automate Desktop or UiPath Community Edition.
Topic 3
Team projects, guided by the “GenAI Lifecycle Playbook”, will conclude with the critical final stages of work.
In this session, teams will…
- De-risk the GenAI solution: using a simple checklist to identify and address risk potential.
- Deploy the GenAI solution: outlining an operating model for the solution.
During this session, examples of standard “Operating Models” and “Internal GenAI Solution Factories” will be shared for inspiration.
Topic 4
The workshop will conclude with the refinement of team projects and presentations of the result.
Presentations will consolidate understanding of, and confidence with the:
- GenAI Lifecycle Playbook: stages – Discover, Decide, Design, Develop, De-Risk, and Deploy.
- Hands-on with AI Tools.

Assessments
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the assessment to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Impress Training along with a WSQ Statement of Attainment.
SkillsFuture Credit
Eligible Singapore Citizens may use their SkillsFuture Credit balance to offset respective course fees. This is only applicable to Self-sponsored Individuals.
