Typical consumption: Presented to a group, often with a live speaker.
Potential misuse: Using slides with too much text, thus turning them into "information overload" are difficult for audiences to follow.

2. SlideDocs
When to use: For detailed information that needs to be read independently.
Strength: Combines the visual appeal of slides with more in-depth content.
Weakness: Can be challenging to balance visual elements with text-heavy content.
Typical consumption: Typically read individually and given as a Deliverable to service all of the content. They can be accompanied by a low-density of information presentation slide.
Potential misuse: Using slidedocs as traditional presentation slides, which can overwhelm the audience with too much information at once.
Slidedocs bridge the gap between traditional presentations and detailed reports. They're excellent for situations where your audience needs to digest information that requires complex decision-making. These documents can be produced using PowerPoint software and often this is where the confusion between the two documents arise.
3. Reports

4. Dashboard Reports

5. Whitepapers

Weakness: Requires significant time and resources to produce; may not be suitable for all audiences.
Typical consumption: Typically read individually, but key points may be presented to a group in a summarised format.
Potential misuse: Creating whitepapers that are too promotional rather than informative, which can undermine their credibility.
Whitepapers are in-depth reports that present a problem and provide a solution. They're excellent for positioning your company as an industry expert or for explaining the benefits of a complex product or service.
