He carries a wide-ranging experience in service desk operations, vendor management, stakeholder relationship management and digital transformation initiatives. Across his work experience, he was adept in engaging with global stakeholders (audit, compliance, risks, technology) to deliver time-critical, cross-functional projects.

With in-depth knowledge and experience in various industries, from technical solution providers to financial services, he brings a wealth of corporate knowledge which reinforces his skills to impact and connect during his training engagements with the audience.
