Using Lego® Serious Play® techniques, he conducts Business Model and Service Innovation programs for companies. He is also a mentor for small businesses as part of Victoria’s SBMS, in Australia. An experienced businessman and an entrepreneur with 16 years’ experience in managing his own businesses in the B-2-B services industry. His diverse skills come from being involved in all aspects of his companies as they grew and enable him to bring an entrepreneurial edge to any organization. People describe him as an innovative thinker and inspiring leader. During a progressive 18-year career in the international telecommunications industry, Luisa has worked in Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Care, Project Management, Sustainability and External Affairs positions. Luisa has been listed in the Top 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior in Europe and the Middle East 2011 following the creation and launch of Vodafone Qatar’s award-winning Sustainability strategy, “Better World”. Luisa is the founder of the “CSR Majlis in Qatar” a first time in Qatar informal network of locally based companies and organizations that serves as a platform for networking, sharing and partnering with the goal of strengthening and increasing CSR awareness and practice in Qatar. She has also published ‘Vodafone Women in Qatar: the insight story’ . The book provides insight into the private worlds of Vodafone Qatar female employees and spouses and, through their voices, it supports the community with all proceeds donated to fund local writers. After challenging roles in Italy, Egypt and Qatar, Luisa has recently relocated to Vodafone Group External Affairs in London where she has designed, launched and currently implementing “Protect&Secure” ,an innovative security awareness, change and transformation programme across 26 Vodafone markets. Benny obtained a GOLD MEDAL for his Master of Arts (Education Management) Degree from NTU/NIE in 2015. He also has an MBA from the University of Leicester, an honours management degree from the London School of Economics and a Diploma in Electronics from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. In addition, Benny also has a Diploma in Training, a full Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and a Certificate in Practical Counselling. He is also a certified Project Manager (PMP) and a certified Project Risk Manager (PMI-RMP). Benny is currently pursuing a Doctor in Education programme in NTU/NIE under a scholarship. In his professional endeavors Benny has experience working in government ministries, MNCs and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs). One of the interesting endeavors for Benny was to set up and head a new wireless communication division; forging strategic partnership with overseas vendors and channel partners for new (product) market penetration. He also has more than 20 years of experience in project management, sales & marketing, training, mentoring and coaching. He has trained and/or provided consultancy to companies like Singapore Land Transport Authority, Singapore Police Force, Singapore Tourism Board, ACRA Singapore, Murata, Keppel Land, Comfort Delgro, Nanyang Polytechnic, Hwa Chong Junior College, SingTel, StarHub, Mobile One, Globe, Maxis, Telkomsel, AIS, Nortel and Nokia etc. Benny currently holds a management position in a local vocational institution, responsible for forging strategic partnerships with local/overseas institutions, companies and government agencies, conducting curriculum review and design, formulating/implementing policies, and engendering/championing change and driving the adoption of educational technology among the institutes of higher learning in Singapore. Benny is also a martial arts enthusiast who holds a black belt in Taekwondo (TKD) and Karate. He is also trained in Muay Thai, Shaolin and Wing Chun martial arts. Because of his deep passion in martial arts, Benny developed two kid programmes, The Art of Excellence and Dr. TKD (incorporating Drama with TKD) to build character and impart life-skills to the children. Marielle Reussink is the founder of marketing company focused on helping businesses achieve their goals. Combining her passion for marketing and communications with strategic consultancy, she has worked with major companies such as ExxonMobil, Unilever, EY, GE, Danone, OCBC etc, as well as over 100 founders and start-ups across various projects of local, regional and global scale. Marielle is also a trainer and workshop facilitator focusing on digital marketing and entrepreneurship. Since launching her own workshop series with WeWork in 2019, Marielle’s courses have been picked up by Expat Living, WordPress Singapore, BLOCK71 by NUS Enterprise and various other organisations. Before setting out on her own, Marielle worked at global organizations, such as Universum, Wolverine Worldwide, Systagenix (previously part of Johnson & Johnson) and Vodacom (Vodafone South Africa). Having lived in 6 countries across 3 continents, she draws on her international experience consulting clients. Marielle completed her Master’s Degree in Management in the Creative Industries in London at the University of Kingston and holds a Bachelor’s in Strategy from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. She has been living in Singapore since 2012.
Gouri Choudhury has more than 4 years of working experience in a multinational Insurance consulting company. She has been part of the Research and Analytics wing of the Global Sales and Marketing team and was responsible for predictive modelling and analysis of revenue data for products and services of the company including building of interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau/PowerBI and creating machine learning models on Python. The reports and analysis greatly helped the marketing team to identify opportunities across various markets. She is currently working as a Data Science Consultant in Singapore. She has completed her education including her Bachelor’s as well as Master’s degree from the University of Calcutta majoring in Economics with minors in Statistics and Mathematics. She has a great zeal and passion for business intelligence and data science and see herself as a Data Scientist having the potential to solve various problems faced by different industries. Apart from her professional work, Gouri also has a passion for traveling, photography and writing.
